A great experience overall! the hotel has a charming vintage vibe, which I loved. the breakfast options were fantastic, enough to keep everyone happy. the rooms were beautifully decorated and felt really cozy. It was nice to have a private bathroom. 🌟

Stayed in a fantastic suite with a nice bathroom, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

The database had a wide range of search filters, making it easy to narrow down results. the interactive map feature was helpful for finding nearby amenities. the room for charging phones with the attached bathroom was convenient and made it easy to stay connected.

The number of available fonts for formatting documents was somewhat limited, which could be a minor inconvenience for those looking for more customization options.

Our room on the second floor had a high ceiling and a beautiful old setting. Despite the loud music in the living area in the morning, the historic charm and friendly service made our stay delightful. Overall I highly recommend this unique heritage accommodation.

I recently stayed at Ke-Lan-Tan House for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The decor was cool and the staff were lovely. The room and bathroom were clean, and even though the bathroom was not ensuite, I found it unique. The staff, especially the night shift guy, were friendly and provided us with helpful tips on getting around and places to visit. The location was great, within walking distance to Chowrasta market and Komtar. I also loved that they offered free bicycles to explore the town. The complimentary coffee, tea, and biscuits were a nice touch. I felt like I was at home and will definitely stay here again.

Thoughtful touches such as 24-hour room service: The room service at this hotel was exceptional, going above and beyond to meet our needs. They were prompt and efficient, making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay.

Problem with AC: Unfortunately, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning during our stay. It stopped working on a hot night and despite notifying the staff, it wasn't fixed until late that evening.
